My approach starts before anything is built. I sit with teams, listen to where the friction actually lives, and ask a question that sounds simple but rarely gets asked: should AI be involved here at all? Sometimes the answer is no, and that is a win too.

I help organizations build AI that augments the people who already know the work, intentionally, with governance, and without the graveyard of tools nobody uses.

Sometimes that means building the system. Sometimes it means testing someone else's until it breaks.
